Send details of the date/event for which tickets are required, any concession details, and a cheque made payable to ‘Bishopsgate Institute’.

Concessions

Concessions are available to disabled visitors, over 60s, full-time students, Bishopsgate Institute students and the unwaged.

Ticket Refunds and Exchanges

All tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be exchanged up to five working days before the event date. In some instances once all house tickets have been sold and at the discretion of Bishopsgate Institute management, if we successfully re-sell your tickets then a refund will be given. In all cases, the original tickets must be returned to the venue within the above time-frame. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

Ticket Collection / Delivery

Tickets purchased online and by telephone will be sent out by second class post, or if within 7 days of the event, held care of Reception. These tickets can be collected on presentation of the Debit/Credit Card used to make your booking and your booking reference number and/or confirmation email. Duplicate tickets will not be sent out in the post again if original tickets have been lost or stolen. Reprints will only be given in person at Reception.

A postage fee of 80p applies for sending out tickets booked online or over the telephone.

Access
Our events take place in the Great Hall or Bishopsgate Library which are both fully accessible.
There are limited parking bays for Blue Badge holders outside the Institute.
A mobile induction loop system is available. BSL interpreters will be present at the 'Cottaging and Cruising in the Capital' event on 13 February 2013.
Assistance dogs are welcome.

Disabled visitors who require the assistance of a companion/personal assistant are eligible to purchase their own ticket and obtain their assistants ticket free of charge.
