Just Friends is a social group for mature gay men formed in 2004. The organisation arranges speakers, away days and trips to cultural venues for it's members which are publicised in a quarterly newsletter (and e-newsletter since 2008). Between 10 and 20 events are put on each quarter and include general meetings. Professor Donald West is the President of Just Friends, with patrons including Rabbi Lionel Blue, Dr Marek Kukula, Brian Paddick, Sir Richard Parsons, and Dr David Starkey.
