Bishopsgate Institute is looking to recruit a number of Visitor Experience Assistants on a casual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as we welcome visitors, customers and venue hire clients to our busy and dynamic building. Your role will be to consistently deliver excellent box office and reception services to our customers, audiences, and staff.

This is a casual role, for immediate start. Preference will be given to people who can commit to weekend shifts.

Role purpose and key objectives

It is the responsibility of our Visitor Experience Assistants to provide consistently excellent customer service through support at reception/box office, bar, cloakroom and through event set up support to ensure the smooth running of our courses, events and venue hires.
