Nathan Smith has more than 18 years of experience working as an accountant in the not-for-profit sector. An early interest in performing arts led Nathan to train and work as a professional dancer and this, along with his passion for education, led him to work at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where he spent much of his time with responsibility for Finance and HR before developing into his current role of Director of Business and Organisational Development. Prior to this, he held a variety of roles within education, charity, and the arts including Head of Finance and Performance at Bishopsgate Institute.
