Our special Christmas Ball edition of Bishopsgate Ballroom is on a Saturday, and runs for half an hour longer than the regular events, so you can get fully into the festive spirit (and yes, the Christmas trees will be up).

Bishopsgate Ballroom welcomes dancers of all levels of confidence and experience, whether you lead or follow, for a relaxed evening of social dancing. We also provide dance hosts so everybody can find a partner.

The ball is hosted by teacher and raconteur extraordinaire Nick Miles (Star Dance Club, London Globe), who will then play the best Ballroom and Latin tunes to get you on the floor and keep you there.

We want our evenings to be truly social, ensuring all newcomers and regulars feel at home and get to dance, whether or not they bring a partner.

That’s why there will be dance hosts at every Bishopsgate Ballroom. Look out for these friendly faces, ready to welcome you and help you get on the floor. Practical Information

• We want you to relax and enjoy the evening, so there is no dress code beyond no sharp heels, please.
• We run a card-only bar and also provide free drinking water, so bring your reusable bottle and help yourself.
• Please don't bring your own food and drink into the event
• Please put your coats and bags in the free, fully staffed cloakroom to help keep the dance floor clear and safe.

Ticket Information

• Tickets are £12/£10 in advance and £14 on the door.
• Online ticket sales will close two hours prior to the event starting. We encourage you to book in advance, as tickets will be available on the door but will be limited.

• We do not allow under-18s to attend our social dance events as our evening events are aimed at an adult audience, with a licensed bar in operation.
